Cash in Emergencies Toolkit

The Cash in Emergencies Toolkit has been developed by the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement to make tools, practical guidance and minimum standards easily accessible to Red Cross Red Crescent staff and volunteers and other practitioners. The toolkit is intended to inform and guide the implementation of Cash Transfer Programming (CTP) and to improve the quality of CTP at the different phases of the project cycle when CTP strategies are deployed.
